The Production Guild, UK’s membership organisation for film and TV production management professionals has launched its Assistant Accounting Training Scheme for Film and TV, providing an opportunity for people with accountancy skills to train in this vibrant and growing industry
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION ACCOUNTING TRAINEE SCHEME
The Production Guild are seeking to recruit and train TEN people from across the UK to become Assistant Production Accountants. The programme will last from September 2019 to May 2020 and will consist of a month of classroom training at Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden Park followed by up to three paid work placements on film and High-End TV productions in the UK. The Assistant Production Accountant Training Scheme has trained over 50 new entrants to enter UK production. The programme is delivered by the Production Guild and supported by ScreenSkills using National Lottery funds awarded by the BFI as part of the Future Film Skills programme.
Applicants must have a permanent UK address and be eligible to work in the UK.
