Treasury Matters focuses on commentary in the following areas: Treasury management, cash management, working capital, payments (incl. SEPA / PSD and Faster Payments), corporate to bank connectivity and technology for the above.

Joergen Jensen is a director with Nasarius. Nasarius advises corporate treasuries on working capital policies, process optimization, bank tender and system landscape as well as system selection and implementation.

Previously he has worked three years for Wall Street Systems where he held positions as head of product management and director of corporate solutions. His responsibilities included Wallstreet’s product positioning for corporations and he had a leading role in new developments and product partnerships.

Jensen also spent more than eight years with SAP where he latterly held the position of product manager for SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). During this time he was responsible for defining the strategy of the future development of TRM. Previous to SAP, Jensen worked as a senior consultant with SimCorp.

He holds a Masters in Finance from Odense University, Denmark, and an MBA from Cass Business School, London.
