Michael is the Sales & Marketing Director of FDUK, one of the UK’s longest established and most respected provider of part-time finance directors to ambitious businesses.

FDUK work with small to medium sized businesses which need the skill and expertise that only a finance director with years of commercial experience can bring, but which do not yet have the resources to employ such a person full-time.

During his career Michael has held a number of positions as financial controller and finance director mainly in the construction, property and professional services sectors. Since joining FDUK in 2004 he has worked as a part-time FD with a number of businesses in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, healthcare, sport and education, marketing & communications, IT and legal.

His experience has been very much as a hands-on FD involved in cash flow management, forecasting, project cost control, financial reporting, both internal and external, and business restructuring whilst also having considerable operational experience in the related areas of HR (including payroll and pensions), marketing and general management.
